Ralph is a partner in the firm and has been practicing in the public accounting profession in Modesto since 1992.
He is responsible for compilations, audits of not-for-profits and employee benefit plans, tax services, and general business consulting. His industry experience includes, but is not limited to medical offices, manufacturing, construction, mortgage lenders, farming, retail, and grocery stores.
Ralph has experience in federal and state tax compliance and planning for corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts and individuals, as well as assets preservation strategies. He has been successful in helping clients get through income and sales tax audits in addition to obtaining favorable results in a private letter ruling.
